Teanau Tuiono to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery: Has the Minister's departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible, if any, procured services from any of the companies listed in the recent UN Report 'A/HRC/59/23: From economy of occupation to economy of genocide - Report of the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories occupied since 1967' and if so which companies?

Hon Mark Mitchell: The National Emergency Management Agency is a departmental agency hosted by the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). The Prime Minister is the responsible minister for DPMC. I refer the member to the Prime Minister’s response to Written Parliamentary Question 35764 (2025).
