35358 (2025). Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Prime Minister: Was he advised that the American Proud Boys have knowingly carried out, or has knowingly participated in the carrying out of, 1 or more terrorist acts, if so, on what date?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: I am advised that the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet is preparing for proactive release documents relating to the designation of The American Proud Boys that expired under section 29B of the Terrorism Suppression Act on 19 June 2025. The proactive release will be available on the Department’s website: Publications | Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC).
