Hon Simon Watts: The scope of the work outlined in these briefings is to find efficiencies and streamline requirements across the Climate Change Response Act 2002 (CCRA). As decisions have yet to be made, I cannot determine if and how specific clauses will be impacted. The scope of the work covers requirements within Part 1A, Part 1B, Part 1C, and Part 2 of the CCRA, but there may be other technical changes elsewhere.
