Hon Damien O'Connor to the Minister for Land Information: Further to the attachment to question for written answer 32032 (2026), does the figure of 22 consents that "include farmland" include consents granted for farm to forestry conversion or under the special forestry pathway, and if not, how many additional consents granted in the 2025/26 financial year involved land that was farm land at the time of the transaction?

Mike Butterick: The figure of 22 consents excludes consents granted for farm to forestry conversions. The attachment to WPQ 32032 (2026) has been corrected to include farm to forestry conversions.
