Hon Mark Mitchell: As the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on matters relating to my Emergency Management and Recovery portfolio. I received the following documents from officials in the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) between 14-18 July 2025: • Operational Recovery Update and Outlook_ Nelson Tasman severe weather, 15 July 2025 • Publishing the Mass Relief National Approach, 18 July 2025 • Prime Minister and EMR Minister Visit to Tasman, 18 July 2025 I also received one other document within the specified timeframe. It is not in the public interest to release the title of this document. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices.
