35150 (2025). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many, if any, workplace fatalities were reported to WorkSafe during the week of July 14th 2025?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that WorkSafe received three fatal harm notifications in the week of 14 July 2025. One has been confirmed as a work-related fatality, and resulted from work activity, while the remaining two are still under assessment.
