35086 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for Women: Was she consulted on clause 56 in the draft version of the Regulatory Systems (Internal Affairs) Amendment Bill, if so did she support its inclusion in the Bill?

Hon Nicola Grigg: I was consulted on the changes proposed through the Regulatory Systems (Internal Affairs) Amendment Bill in October 2024, and I supported the proposed changes for more efficient processes, that aligned the appointments with the normal Cabinet APH process.
