Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for the Public Service and Digitising Government: Between the first of July 2025 and the first of July 2026 how many days leave (not being sick, bereavement, parental, or family violence leave) did the Chief Executive of Inland Revenue take; how many of those days were paid leave?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the Chief Executive's leave records are personal employment information. While the Chief Executive is entitled to leave in accordance with the terms and conditions of their employment, it would not be appropriate to disclose the number of days of leave taken by an identifiable individual.
