Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister for the Public Service and Digitising Government: What documents, if any, does the Government Property Office hold recording a budget, cost plan, cost estimate or funding bid for the fit-out of the Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport (MCERT), and what total figure does each contain?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I refer the Member to the attached table. I have chosen to withhold document titles where these refer to decisions which are commercially sensitive. I do not believe it is in the public interest to release the total figures contained within these documents at this time, as this may prejudice the Government Property Office's ability to undertake commercial negotiations.
