Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: What amount, if any, has been spent since 1 December 2025 on project management, quantity surveying or cost consultancy relating to the accommodation of the Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport (MCERT)?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that there has been no expenditure incurred to date on project management, quantity surveying, or cost consultancy related to the accommodation of the Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport. The cost for project management services provided by the Government Property Office will be met from the total project budget, once approved.
