35028 (2025). Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Prime Minister: Further to his answer to written question 33499 (2025): Did this briefing advise that the American Proud Boys should be redesignated as a terrorist entity under the Terrorism Suppression Act 2002?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: I am advised that the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet is preparing for proactive release documents relating to the designation of The American Proud Boys that expired under section 29B of the Terrorism Suppression Act on 19 June 2025. The proactive release will be available on the Department’s website: Publications | Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC)
