35015 (2025). Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Minister of Police: Why is the 2025 statement of case for the renewal of the designation as a terrorist entity for The American Proud Boys under the Terrorism Suppression Act not available on the Police website?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that statements of case are proactively published only when a designation is made or renewed. As the designation of The American Proud Boys was not renewed, no statement was published. This is also my response to Written Parliamentary Question 35016 (2025)
