35007 (2025). Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Prime Minister: Further to his answer to written question 32733 (2025): did the National Security Board recommend that The American Proud Boys designation as a terrorist entity continue, if so, on what date did they made this recommendation to him?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: I am advised that the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet is preparing for proactive release documents relating to the designation of The American Proud Boys that expired under section 29B of the Terrorism Suppression Act on 19 June 2025. The proactive release will be available on the Department’s website: Publications | Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC)
