34984 (2025). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Education: Has the Associate Minister received assurances that the School Lunch Collective (SLC) is complying with specific labelling rules under the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code for using offal in school lunches; if so, is he confident that these requirements have been met?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that the School Lunch Collective meet the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code, for the sale of a meat product containing offal.
