Hon Chris Bishop: The parties to the Project Agreement are the NZTA and Northway No.2 LP. Northway No.2 LP is a limited partnership. The limited partnership interests are held 50/50 by entities in the Acciona and Aberdeen groups, who also each indirectly own 50% of the limited partnership’s general partner, Northway GP2 Limited.
