Hon Shane Jones: I have received the following advice relating to the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) (Customary Marine Title) Amendment Bill. Please note one title has been withheld under Speaker’s Ruling 199/6. • AM24-0381 Meeting with Fishing Industry Representatives on their Input into Marine and Coastal Area Negotiations with Māori Claimants (2 May 2024) I also received one document whose titles I do not consider are in the public interest to release.
