34902 (2025). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Housing: What is the cost breakdown of the $2.2m spent on the Arlington development in the past year?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that the cost of the Arlington site in the financial year to 30 June 2025 was $1.9 million. The reply to WPQ 48321 (2024) noted $48 million of expenditure. This figure was rounded down from $48.3 million. The reply to WPQ 32083 (2025) noted $50.2 million The $1.9 million spent in 2024/25 included $1.4 million of personnel costs associated with the delivery of Kāinga Ora’s build programme and $0.5 million primarily for civil engineering services undertaken in June 2024 and paid for in July 2024.
