34888 (2025). Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Minister of Housing: How many Kāinga Ora homes, if any, in the Maungakiekie electorate have been demolished since 27 November 2023, listed by location and reason for demolition?

Hon Chris Bishop: I refer the Member to the Attachment provided by Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities. The reason for the demolition of the 143 homes was to enable redevelopment to provide new warm and dry homes.
