34884 (2025). Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Minister of Housing: How many Kāinga Ora tenants, if any, in the Maungakiekie electorate have been relocated or evicted due to their house of residence being demolished, listed by location, number of tenants, and outcome?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that within the Maungakiekie-Tamaki local board area five tenancies with 15 household members were relocated due to homes being demolished to enable new and warm homes to be built. These homes were at 3, 5B, 13, 15 and 21 State Avenue, Onehunga.
