34878 (2025). Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Minister of Housing: How many Kāinga Ora tenants, if any, in the Maungakiekie electorate have been evicted or relocated due their house of residence being sold, listed by location, number of tenants and outcome?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora advise me that it does not evict tenants for the reasons listed in the question. In the Maungakiekie-Tamaki local board there were five tenants and a total of 13 people relocated to other Kāinga Ora homes due to a house sale.
