34783 (2025). Hūhana Lyndon to the Minister of Transport: What reports, briefings, memos, aides-memoire, notes or written advice, if any, has he received on accidents at the Otaika Shopping Centre crossing listed by agency, title and date received?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have not received any advice on this specific matter. Any actions taken in response to accidents on the state highway network are operational matters for NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi. As Minister it would not be appropriate for me to become involved in decisions at that level of detail.
