Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Police: How much, if any, is budgeted to be spent in the 2026/27 financial year in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, on consultants who advise on public sector reform management or similar?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that, at this stage, no budget has been identified for consultants to advise on public sector reform on 2026/27 financial year. The Serious Fraud Office has not budgeted for any consultancy work related to public sector reform management. However, it has allocated up to $10,000 for legal advice, should this be required in relation to workforce management matters.
