34720 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Women: How much, if any, is the total (finalised) budget in the Minister's departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, for the 2026/27 financial year on artificial intelligence- including costs on training staff, deploying systems, maintaining subscriptions and any other associated costs?

Hon Nicola Grigg: Ministry for Women staff have access to Co-Pilot chat and the Ministry’s BoardConnector registration application to support women onto boards uses an internal use only AI querying tool. Co-Pilot chat is included in the general licensing costs. BoardConnector’s AI has an ongoing cost of $750 per month. The Ministry is considering implementing M365 Co-Pilot but timing and costs have not yet been finalised.
