34463 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What is the total nominal, undiscounted value of all payments the Crown and NZTA expect to make under the Warkworth to Te Hana Project Agreement signed with the Northway consortium in July 2026, over the full term of that agreement to 2058?

Hon Chris Bishop: NZTA has withheld the total nominal cost estimate from public release because some retained cost estimates are commercially sensitive during the construction period.
