34454 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: When will the Warkworth to Te Hana Project Agreement and its schedules be published, if at all, and which provisions, if any, will be withheld and under which grounds of the Official Information Act 1982?

Hon Chris Bishop: The NZTA is currently preparing the Warkworth to Te Hana Project Agreement and Schedules for release. Appropriate withholding/refusal grounds will be considered as part of this review.
