34453 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What conditions were required to be satisfied for financial close of the Warkworth to Te Hana public-private partnership on 30 July 2026, and on what date was each satisfied?

Hon Chris Bishop: Financial close was subject to customary conditions precedent, including the contractor obtaining a binding ruling from Inland Revenue and Overseas Investment Office consent. All of these conditions were satisfied on or before 30 July 2026.
