34432 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: How will deductions apply under the Warkworth to Te Hana Project Agreement for road closures, and what distinction, if any, is made between planned maintenance closures, unplanned incidents and weather-related closures?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that deductions will apply during the operating phase where the road is unavailable for traffic. There are some full exclusions (such as scheduled planned maintenance) and partial exclusions (reactive incident response, for example).
