Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that there is no independent verification of the Northway consortium’s performance against Key Performance Indicators. This assessment is done by NZTA. The Independent Reviewer is jointly engaged and funded by NZTA and Northway SPV. The Independent Reviewer is responsible for verifying that the Works Requirements have been met and that the Works Completion Tests have been achieved.
