34422 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What baseline journey and time of day were used to derive the estimated travel time savings of seven to ten minutes per vehicle from Warkworth to Te Hana?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Northland corridor traffic model assesses morning peak, evening peak, and interpeak times. The 2024 and 2054 model years show at least 7-10 mins saving, compared to the existing corridor which has a baseline journey of approximately 25-26 minutes.
