34397 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Was the review of the NZTA board's competencies and requirements that preceded his 27 July 2026 announcement documented in writing, and if so, will he release that document?

Hon Chris Bishop: The review was completed by the Ministry of Transport as part of the appointments process and the information conveyed in the advice I received.
