34364 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What is the total value, if any, of goods and services procured by NZTA from Meredith Connell, Cameron Partners, Debt Managers, Talleys, and Stellar Projects in each of the last three financial years?

Hon Chris Bishop: Over the three financial years covered, only Meredith Connell and Stellar Projects recorded any expenditure by NZTA. Expenditure with Meredith Connell was limited to $690.19 in the 2025/26 financial year, with no spending in either 2023/24 or 2024/25. Expenditure with Stellar Projects was $9,902,614.83 in 2023/24, $10,564,882.63 in 2024/25, and $8,317,042.00 in 2025/26.
