34294 (2025). Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Why are the names of the people who were part of the Associate Psychologist Advisory Group being withheld in an OIA, made by a psychologist, due to concerns about them being harassed if their names were revealed?

Hon Matt Doocey: Health New Zealand give reasons for withholding information under the OIA to the requester as part of their response. If a requester has an issue with a response they should ask Health New Zealand or raise the matter with the Ombudsmen.
