34281 (2026). Vanushi Walters to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: Does the Government intend that New Zealand remain a party to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, and has that position changed at any point since 1 January 2025?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: New Zealand will remain a party to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. The Government's position on this has not changed.
