Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised that no consultations were opened by the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment in the week beginning 5 July 2025 with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions. With regard to New Zealand Growth Capital Partners, I am advised that NZGCP have not commenced any consultations in the week beginning 5 July 2025.
