34221 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Tourism and Hospitality: How many roles, if any, in the Minister's departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, have been replaced by AI services, since 1 January 2025?

Hon Louise Upston: As Minister for Tourism and Hospitality, I have no responsibility for any government departments or ministries. With regard to Crown entities under the Tourism and Hospitality portfolio, I am advised that Tourism New Zealand has not replaced any roles with AI services since 1 January 2025.
