34206 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Sport and Recreation: How many items of secondary legislation, if any, are administered by the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Hon Mark Mitchell: The Sport Integrity Commission administers two items of secondary legislation – the Sports Anti-Doping Rules 2025 and the Code of Integrity for Sport and Recreation. Sport New Zealand administers 3 pieces of legislation.
