34191 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many meetings, if any, did Kāinga Ora’s General Manager of the Housing Delivery Group have with representatives of Bayleys Real Estate between 1 April 2024 and 30 October 2025 and for each such meeting what was the date, attendees and purpose?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that the General Manager Housing Delivery Group met with Paula Bennett on 2 April 2025. The meeting was part of regular engagement with the market and had been deferred a number of times. This is also my answer to WPQ 34196 (2026).
