34183 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Economic Growth: What items of secondary legislation, if any, listed by title, are administered by the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised that the attached document provides a list of the primary legislation administered by the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment and the related secondary legislation which is currently published by the Parliamentary Counsel Office (PCO) on the legislation.govt.nz website. Please note that some items of secondary legislation are made under more than one Act, a list of these has been provided at the end of the attached document. Please also note that this document does not capture all secondary legislation which was drafted by the Ministry, Crown Entities or other bodies under the primary legislation. I am advised that a list of these items could not be completed in the timeframe available for a written parliamentary question, however the Ministry is currently collating a list to be included in the 2024-2025 Annual Report on Legislative Practices. I am also advised that New Zealand Growth Capital Partners has none.
