34181 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Economic Growth: What algorithm impact assessments, if any, have been done in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, since 27 November 2023?

Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised that Algorithm Impact Assessments (AIAs) are part of the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment’s (MBIE) broader governance framework for the use of algorithms. Since 27 November 2023, one AIA has been completed.
