34177 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Vocational Education: What items of secondary legislation, if any, listed by title, are administered by the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I am advised that the Tertiary Education Commission routinely administers one piece of secondary legislation by way of an annual notice in the New Zealand Gazette, as required by section 424(1) of the Education and Training Act 2020; Education (Proposed Investment Plans: Content and Submission; Assessment Criteria; and Plan Summaries) Notice. This is also my response to written parliamentary questions 34178 (2025).
