Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What consultations are the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, opening on the week beginning Monday 5 July 2025 with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and when is any such consultation expected to close?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) that during the week commencing 5 July 2025, no consultations were initiated with employees regarding changes to Employment roles, Employment numbers, or any other Employment conditions. I am also advised that no associated Crown entities opened consultations in the week beginning Monday 5 July 2025.
