34174 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many meetings, if any, did any member of Kāinga Ora’s senior leadership team have with representatives of Bayleys Real Estate between 1 April 2024 and 30 October 2025 and for each such meeting what was the date, attendees and purpose?

Hon Chris Bishop: I refer the Member to WPQ 34191 (2026). Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities does not have record of any other member of the current Executive Leadership Team meeting with representatives of Bayleys during this period. However, Kāinga Ora cannot confirm this information for staff members who have since left the organisation.
