34158 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Tourism and Hospitality: What automated approvals, if any, are currently operating within the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Hon Louise Upston: As Minister of Tourism & Hospitality, I have no responsibility for any government departments or Ministries. In respect of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, I refer the Member to the Minister for Economic Growth’s answer to written parliamentary question 34168 (2026) With regard to Crown entities under the Tourism & Hospitality portfolio, I am advised that Tourism New Zealand has no automated approvals currently in operation.
