34158 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Disability Issues: How many items of secondary legislation, if any, are administered by the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Hon Louise Upston: The Ministry of Disabled People – Whaikaha does not administer any items of secondary legislation. For the Ministry of Social Development, I refer the member to written reply 34108 (2025)
