34139 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many items of secondary legislation, if any, are administered by the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that WorkSafe New Zealand administers 37 Safe Work Instruments (SWIs), which include 29 principal SWIs and 8 amendment SWIs.
