34137 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations: What algorithm impact assessments, if any, have been done in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, since 27 November 2023?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: As this relates to a shared service provided to The Office of Treaty Settlements and Takutai Moana-Te Tari Whakatau by the Ministry of Justice, and there is no further relevant information, I refer the Member to my reply in WPQ 34099 (2026). The Ngāpuhi Investment Fund Limited has not undertaken any algorithm impact assessments since 27 November 2023.
