Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Women: What procurement process, if any, was used for purchasing artificial intelligence tools, if any, currently being used within the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Hon Nicola Grigg: I am advised, the Ministry for Women has not specifically procured any artificial intelligence tools. The tools the Ministry uses (Copilot chat and a proprietary AI query tool) were sourced through M365 licenses or as part of the BoardConnector upgrade project solution design.
