34128 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations: What automated approvals, if any, are currently operating within the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: As this relates to a shared service provided to the Office of Treaty Settlements and Takutai Moana-Te Tari Whakatau by the Ministry of Justice, and there is no further relevant information, I refer the Member to my reply in WPQ 34090 (2026). The Ngāpuhi Investment Fund Limited has no automated approvals currently operating.
