Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations: What public engagement surveys, if any, have been completed regarding the use of artificial intelligence in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, since 27 November 2023?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: As this relates to a shared service provided to the Office of Treaty Settlements and Takutai Moana-Te Tari Whakatau by the Ministry of Justice, and there is no further relevant information, I refer the Member to my reply in WPQ 34088 (2026). No public engagement surveys have been completed regarding the use of artificial intelligence at the Ngāpuhi Investment Fund Limited since 27 November 2023.
