34119 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: What were the titles of the people who were involved in the evaluation of tenders for Kāinga Ora’s real estate services agency for the divestment of Ferncliffe Farm tender and in selecting the successful supplier?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that senior staff members from the Urban Development and Procurement teams were involved in the evaluation of tenders and selection of the successful supplier for the sale of Don McKinnon Drive. Releasing their titles could be used to identify individuals which I do not consider to be in the public interest. Accordingly, I am refusing to answer this question under Speakers Ruling 199/6.
